Tanya Cohen is a highly experienced Adoption Social Worker with a passion for helping families through the adoption process. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from Cal State Northridge and an MSW from Cal State Long Beach. Tanya began her career in foster care and has dedicated the last 23 years to the adoption field, specializing in home studies, post placements, and more for domestic, intercountry, and foster adoptions.

During her extensive career, Tanya also coordinated the Philippines adoption program for five years, further expanding her expertise and impact in the field. Since joining FNAC in 2017, she has focused on home studies and post placements. As of January 2024, Tanya has taken on additional responsibilities, including handling inquiries, processing applications, and managing case assignments. 

Outside of her professional life, Tanya enjoys reading, practicing Pilates, doing puzzles, and spending time with friends and family, including her husband and two children. Tanya's dedication and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the FNAC team.
